Free Australia-wide shipping for all orders valued at $45 and over.

For international shipping requirements please email info@gonap.com.au

We aim to have your GoNap order processed and on its way to you within 24 – 48 hrs of receiving your cleared payment.

We use Australia Post (regular post service) for both Australian domestic and international deliveries.  Shipping time does vary based on region, for further information please refer to their website www.auspost.com.au  

If fast or urgent shipping is required we have an Express Post option and strongly suggest contacting our customer service team on info@gonap.com.auto ensure prompt attention.

Tracking numbers will be supplied with your shipping confirmation and once item is shipped you can follow its progress online.  

Once your order has been shipped, please direct all delivery enquiries to Australia Post.  Should you wish for registered post please contact for pricing.  

No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen parcels or if an incorrect address has been supplied.

If you place your GoNap order during peak postal periods (Christmas, Easter, public holidays), please be aware that your delivery may be delayed and suggest you select the Express Post upgrade if you are on a limited time-frame.

W.A CUSTOMERS – please note – We ship from the East Coast of Australia & delivery can take 7 – 10 working days.  We suggest choosing the Express Post Upgrade option for a prompter service.

RETURNS

Unfortunately due to the nature of GoNap, we do not accept change of mind returns/exchanges.  

For any defective product, please contact us on orders@gonap.com.auand we will happily arrange a repair, replacement or refund.  An Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued and must accompany your item.

 

PACKAGING

We go to extra lengths to ensure that GoNap is as eco-conscious as possible. This includes our packaging. And it is because of the eco-conscious nature of the materials used for our products & packaging, they may have more wrinkles and crinkles than a non-eco-conscious product. We hope you embrace the extra lumps and bumps with the same love as we have put into bringing GoNap to life. All products are hand-packed and inspected prior to being sent to you, so refunds for packaging blemishes &/or crinkles will not be accepted.
